It was a fantastic experience. We would definitely recommend them to anyone considering building a home. Our home is a custom design with 2 outbuildings. It was a very time-consuming project for Oscar, since everything was truly custom. We had lots of specific and sometimes unusual requests for many of the details of the home. Oscar was great about addressing every detail to give us the home we wanted. On occasion, he needed to kindly nudge us to change our mind on a request, when we asked for something that was not the best way to go. He always

focused on giving us a great quality home at a fair price. Lisa and Oscar are wonderful people, always being friendly, kind and helpful. Their communication skills are fantastic. They always answer questions promptly and honestly. If

they say they will do something, they always follow through with it.

One of the most amazing things about Oscar is he is a master at scheduling. There were several times during the building process where there were 6-8 different trades on site at once. Oscar always had people working on the correct things at the correct times, so contractors were not in each other’s way. That made it a very efficient process. Lisa gave very detailed accounting statements on a regular basis. They were clear to read and always answered more questions than we had. She was very transparent about all the

financials and explained the costs very well. If you are looking for a builder in central Wisconsin, you will not be disappointed with choosing Evergreen Builders.
